Doctor's bagIf you are housebound or too ill to attend, please try and telephone the Surgery before 10.00 am, giving details of your problem.

Where possible, you will be given an approximate time of the visit.

The practice has an Home Visiting Service commissioned by the West Leicestershire CCG. This means that an emergency care practitioner (paramedic) may visit you instead of your usual GP. They liaise with the GP and decide on the most appropriate plan of care.
